Sorry!

I forgot yesterday. I had another lazy day and completely forgot to update.

However, today was productive. Did all sorts of odds and sods. Even did some exercise! 3 minutes on a stationary bike, at 60-65 rpms. As per instructions from my physio. Now I just need to do it again tomorrow.

I’m also looking into yoga. I’m thinking it might help and it’s something different than biking. But I need to do some serious research into it. I’ve found one place near by that does pre-beginner classes. Not cheap but affordable…
